Payments

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once processed, the order is delivered to UPS for shipment. We only ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. If you place an order between Thursday and Sunday or after 5 pm CST on a shipping day, your order will be shipped on the next shipping day.

Shipping Rates

The standard rate with UPS Ground is calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the distance to the delivery location. Customers can obtain an estimate of shipping rates on the checkout page by entering their zip code.

Delivery Estimates

UPS Ground's estimated delivery time is typically within 3-5 business days, depending on location. Customers will receive an estimated delivery date once the order has been processed and shipped. Even though delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been processed.

A tracking number will be provided in the confirmation email, allowing customers to track their package through the UPS website.
